We are once again offering our One-Cent Movie, on Saturday, December 10, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Children will enjoy a Christmas-themed movie with popcorn and a drink, plus games, songs, and lunch, all for one penny!

The Deacons have arranged with Chili’s Restaurant for Faith Presbyterian Give Back Day on Sunday, August 7, from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM at Chili’s located at 1615 Millerville Road. Dine at Chili’s on August 7 and present this flyer, and Chili’s will donate 10% of the price of your meal to Faith. The funds raised will be donated to Twin Oaks Elementary School.

Our third annual Meet Your Neighbor Day is Saturday, April 16, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Join the family of Faith Presbyterian Church and our neighbors near 12855 Old Hammond Highway as we share a FREE Jambalaya lunch, and talk about our needs and wants for our community.  Bring the kids for an Easter Egg Hunt and Spacewalk, meet and greet city officials, and get in the drawings for Door Prizes.  Above all, let our community of Faith know how we can bless YOU!

This year the members of Faith are adopting two families to help during this Holiday season. Both of these families have children who attend Twin Oaks Elementary School. There is a tree in the vestibule that has tags hanging from it. These tags give the children’s names, ages, sizes, and gift suggestions. Please help us make their Christmas brighter by taking a tag, shopping for that child, and returning the gift, wrapped and labeled, to the church by December 19th. Please make sure that all green tags have been taken from the tree before removing a red one. We want to make sure that the most needed gifts are given first! Thank You! PURPOSE: Experience an environment where people feel like participating without fear or intimidation. A chance to invite your friends and neighbors to experience the excitement of a JOYFUL type of Spiritual experience and fun without being religious! We will sing favorites from the Beatles to Best Of Folk and your favorite songs from your retreat experience and younger camping days. Let’s get together to sing our hearts out with songs everyone actually likes to sing out of the 1,175 ‘SONGS’ Songbook. We use songs easy to sing and play, and are in the right key with simple chords.

Come celebrate your love with us at a couples Sweetheart Dinner! The menu for the evening will be a delicious steak dinner. The cost for the dinner is only $20.00 per couple. Childcare will be provided free of charge. You will also have a chance to renew your marriage vows, if you so choose!
